We strongly recommend that you check out our guide on how to take advantage of AI in today’s passive income economy.

Important Disclaimer

Before we jump into the nitty-gritty of creating landing pages and utilizing AI tools, I want to provide a quick disclaimer. Everything discussed here is purely for educational purposes. I don’t guarantee that anyone will make money from this guide. It’s important to approach these methods with realistic expectations. Additionally, I encourage you to explore the special deals and tools mentioned throughout this post. They might just give you an edge in your money-making journey.

Following Up with Clients

This week, I had to tackle a slew of calls. Following up is crucial in this business. I had a team member reach out to someone who didn’t answer previously, and I plan to follow up again today. As we grow, I aim to implement automation tools that can help with client follow-ups, including text messaging. However, for now, I’m thrilled to report that we secured our first client! This achievement is essential as it proves the concept.

I genuinely believe I could manage hundreds of clients if I wanted to. The secret lies in having a solid email list and a following. However, I want to show you that even without my existing audience, I can acquire clients using an alias like “Bob Jimmerson.” Some might doubt my ability to do this without leveraging my following. To clarify, I only used a random Gmail account under that alias.

When clients respond, I find it a bit awkward to introduce myself as “Bob.” Instead, I say, “Hey, Bob is my nickname, my marketing alias. My real name is Chase.” This way, I maintain transparency without making it seem like I’m lying about my identity. Clients typically don’t mind as long as they understand the context.

Engaging with Boot Camp Participants

During this process, I noticed many participants actively engaging with the boot camp. For instance, Brian and Peter mentioned they’re in the boot camp, which is fantastic. The success of this boot camp largely depends on participation. I need participants to respond with “I’m in” if they’re interested. If I don’t see enough interest by the time we reach the pre-sale deadline, I may need to refund everyone.

This boot camp is priced affordably for a reason. I want to ensure enough people are on board by July 2nd to justify the program’s continuation. It promises to deliver a full step-by-step process, including the copy-and-paste system for landing clients, effective sales scripts, and insights into new strategies I’m experimenting with.

Creating a Sub-Account for Allan

Now, let’s focus on Allan. The first step in our process is to create a sub-account using the high-level marketing tool for all our different services. High level is genuinely one of the best tools out there. After spending significant time learning how to maximize its capabilities, I can confidently say it handles follow-ups and leads exceptionally well.

If you haven’t signed up for High Level yet, check the links in the description. I’ve provided options for free training and a 30-day trial, along with bonus snapshots that you can import directly into your account.

For this session, we’ll switch to our agency view and add Allan as our new client. Since we’re building a one-page course landing page for him, we don’t need a full website just yet. At some point, he might want a website, but for now, we’ll keep it simple.

Building Allan’s Landing Page

Allan doesn’t have specific design preferences, so I’ll start with a template that aligns with his blue and white color scheme. The key difference between a website and a landing page is that a website contains multiple links, while a landing page focuses on a single goal.

I’ll select a business coaching and consulting template and import it into Allan’s account. Once we swap out the template information for Allan’s details, we can efficiently set up this marketing service. The beauty of using a template is that it saves us time, and Allan won’t need to know the extent of our effort.

For instance, simply changing the name and adding his logo can instantly create a visually appealing landing page. I can already picture how impressed Allan will be when I present this new potential landing page to him.

Publishing the Landing Page

With the template imported, I’m ready to publish. By clicking on “publish,” I can quickly generate a shareable link. This link will showcase his new course landing page. It’s all about presenting value swiftly. Remember, this is the loss leader concept—spending minimal time to create a template, but providing substantial perceived value.

To make Allan’s offering even more enticing, I can incorporate a course and perhaps even a community group. If he has a community he wants to foster, we can help him establish that too. These are assets he didn’t have before, and the speed at which we’re delivering them makes all the difference.

Offering Value to Allan

Allan mentioned to me that he’s been wanting to create this kind of setup for over 20 years. That’s a long time to wait, and I’m thrilled we can help him achieve his goals. By quickly delivering a landing page, a community, and a course, we demonstrate that we’re invested in his success.

This initial interaction sets a positive tone for our ongoing relationship. It shows that we can address his problems efficiently and effectively. Once we publish all these assets, I plan to arrange another Zoom call with Allan to walk him through the developments.

Creating a Course for Allan

Next, I’ll create a course for Allan. The process is straightforward in High Level; we simply navigate to the membership section and select “courses.” This is where the real magic happens.

I’ll choose to create a new product from scratch. Although we have the option to import from Kajabi, Allan doesn’t use that platform. For now, I’ll set up a sprint course, outlining lessons that will deliver immense value to his audience. I can even show Allan a preview of what the course will look like.

During this demonstration, it’s crucial to include Allan’s logo. This small touch personalizes the experience and gives him a glimpse of what his brand will look like within the course.

Prioritizing Efficiency Over Perfection

One important lesson I’ve learned is that people value efficiency. When delivering a first service to a client, the priority should be on speed rather than perfection. Clients appreciate quick results more than they care about the finer details at the beginning.

It’s all about making sure I deliver on my promises quickly. Clients can always provide feedback for improvements later. The key takeaway is that first impressions matter significantly.

Many entrepreneurs procrastinate due to various excuses. My advice is simple: tackle those excuses head-on. If you find yourself hesitant, ask AI tools like ChatGPT for guidance. Often, you’ll find the answers you need to push through barriers.

Finalizing the Course Setup

I’ve successfully set up the course preview page and the community page, and I’m ready to send everything over to Allan. I’ll follow up with an email and suggest scheduling a call. It’s essential to check in and see if we’re heading in the right direction.

As we prepare to present our work, it’s important to emphasize how much value we’ve already created in just a short time. Allan will appreciate the effort and may even recognize the potential for a long-term partnership.

Offering Additional Services

Once Allan sees the landing page, the community, and the course preview, we can start discussing further services. It’s crucial to establish what he needs and how we can provide ongoing support.

I’ll prepare to offer additional services, such as setting up a blog or enhancing his marketing strategy. These incremental offerings are simple to customize and tailor to Allan’s specific needs.

Engaging with Allan’s Feedback

After sending Allan the updates, I’ll reach out and ask for his feedback. I want to ensure we’re aligned and making progress together. If he’s satisfied, we can explore more extensive services that could address his long-term goals.

The initial impression we create will lay the groundwork for our future collaborations. It’s all about demonstrating that we can provide valuable solutions that enhance Allan’s business.

Enabling Communication

To facilitate better communication, I’ll enable a chat widget for Allan. This allows for real-time interactions, making it easier for us to address questions or concerns as they arise. The aim is to create a seamless experience for Allan, so he feels supported throughout this journey.

Scaling the Service

As we move forward, I want to scale our services effectively. Answering calls and following up are vital components of this process. However, I recognize that I can’t manage everything on my own, so I’ll consider bringing in additional team members to handle client communications.

By delegating some tasks, I can focus on higher-level strategy and growth. For instance, I have calls scheduled for later in the day, and I’ll need to manage my time wisely to ensure I’m present for all client interactions.

Leveraging AI and Automation

Incorporating AI and automation into my workflow will be essential for scaling efficiently. Automating routine tasks, such as follow-ups and client inquiries, will save time and reduce the risk of burnout. I’ll look for tools that help streamline these processes without compromising on the quality of service.

By leveraging AI tools, I can also gather insights about my clients and their needs, allowing for more personalized interactions. Understanding client behavior and preferences can lead to improved service offerings and ultimately higher satisfaction rates

.

Building a Sustainable Business Model

In conclusion, the key takeaway from this entire process is to focus on delivering value quickly while laying the groundwork for a sustainable business model. By creating a one-page landing page, a course, and establishing a community for Allan, we’re setting ourselves up for success.

As we continue to refine our approach and incorporate AI tools, I’m confident we’ll be able to support more clients effectively. The journey ahead is promising, and I look forward to sharing more insights and successes as we progress.

By following these steps, we can create an efficient and effective way to help clients like Allan achieve their goals. This process emphasizes the importance of speed, value, and effective communication in building lasting client relationships.
