What is this AI Work From Home Job?
Before diving into the common questions, let me quickly show you how this AI Work From Home Job works.
Essentially, you’ll be building a website for a small or local business that doesn’t already have one, but you won’t have to build the website yourself.
Instead, you’ll use AI to build the website for you.
This can definitely be a lucrative way to make money online, and it’s one of the fastest methods because there are so many business owners currently operating without a website – and that’s where you’ll be able to step in.
First, open Google Maps and search for any type of business in any location.
In today’s example, I’ll be using a pet groomer’s in a specific town in London called Forest Hill. Again, you can use any location you want.
Search for it, and to figure out which businesses have a website and which ones don’t, look at this section and see if they have an icon.
If they don’t have an icon, they likely don’t have a website. This one doesn’t have an icon, while this one does, indicating they have a website.
All you need to do is build a list of different leads or email addresses for the ones that don’t have a website, and it’ll be your job to reach out to them, offering your services.
Finding Email Addresses for Businesses
But this brings me to one of the first questions I get all the time: “Sam, how exactly am I going to find the email addresses for all of these different businesses since Google Maps doesn’t show them?”
To quickly show you how to get around this, I’ll use this example here, where there’s no website.
I’ll copy the name of the business, jump over to Google, paste the name, and click search.
Fifty percent of the time, you’ll notice the business has a Facebook profile, and you can click into it.
If you scroll down slightly on their Facebook profile, you’ll often find their email address listed.
From there, you’ll build a list of email addresses for businesses that don’t have a website.
Some may respond, and some may not, but if you get a response from a business happy for you to build their website, you’ll then go to this tool called Hostinger AI Website Builder.
This makes the process super easy, and you’ll be able to get the website built in around 15-20 minutes.
All you need to do is click the link in my description below, which will take you to this page. Then click “Claim Deal,” and once you’ve gone through the process of creating your Hostinger account, you’ll see this next page.
Click “Start Creating,” and then you’ll need to answer these questions.
For today’s article, let’s assume the pet groomers I showed earlier got back to me, and they want me to build their website. I’m going to fill out the information as I would put it, and I’ll be back in a minute.
[Fills out the form with the business name, website type as “Business Showcase,” and a short description, then clicks “Create a Website.”]
Just like that, within 30 seconds, Hostinger was able to come back with this fully built website.
As you can see, it looks amazing and professional. Everything has been well done, and from here, you’ll be able to make any necessary changes.
Now that you understand the step-by-step process, I’ll quickly answer the top five common questions I get about this AI Work From Home Job.
Addressing Common Questions About the AI Work From Home Job
Question 1: Why would a business pay me to build their website when they can find a professional web developer?
There are many ways to answer this question, but the first point is that not every business owner knows how to find a website developer.
Just because someone is running a business, whether it’s a barber shop, mechanic, or pet groomer, doesn’t mean they automatically know how to find the best web developers.
Another reason a local business may want to go with you rather than finding someone else is that you’ve approached them in their email inbox, and maybe they find it the easier option.
Realistically, with all the online businesses I’ve been running over the years, most of the freelancers, contractors, and employees I still work with approached me in my email inbox.
As long as you approach them professionally and provide all the necessary information within the email, your chances of securing them as a client are really high.
Question 2: What if the person I built the website for wants to make changes, but I’m not good with coding?
That’s the good thing about using Hostinger AI Website Builder because let’s assume this business has seen this website and wants to change something, maybe update the text or images.
All you’ll need to do is click “Edit Site,” and once you’re on this page, you won’t need any coding skills or software skills because they’ve made it really easy.
If you want to move any element around, you’ll be able to do it easily.
If I want to update this text, let’s say change it to “pet,” I can do that.
Updating images isn’t difficult either. As we can see, this image doesn’t relate to the business we’re working with, so if I want to update it, I just click into it, click “Edit,” go to “Replace Image,” type in “dog,” and scroll through the different images to find a suitable one.
Literally, just like that, the image has now been updated, and you’ll be able to do the same for any other image or text.
Even when it comes to adding a page, because as you can see, the AI Website Builder added a homepage, a portfolio page with these images, and a contact us page, but if the business wants to add a page that the AI didn’t add, you can easily do that.
Come over to “Pages and Navigation,” click it, and from this point, you’ll be able to add a page.
Select the type of page you want to add, for example, a Services page. Choose the format you want, click “Save,” and right there, we’ve now got the Services page added.
Question 3: What is the best way for a business to transfer funds to me?
In my opinion, it’s always ideal to have a PayPal account because most business owners feel comfortable transferring to a PayPal account, knowing they can get their money back within a certain time frame if anything goes wrong.
Your chances of getting clients are much higher with a PayPal account.
However, if you’re in a country or situation where you can’t get a PayPal account, you can always use your local bank account.
I transfer funds to people all around the world directly to their bank accounts, even if they don’t have a PayPal account, as long as they’ve done a good job.
But remember, PayPal is always the ideal option, so when it comes to signing up for one, it’s not difficult at all.
Just head over to paypal.com, click “Sign Up,” and from here, you’ll either sign up for a personal account or a business account.
Of course, you want to make sure you sign up for a business account because this will make it easier for you to receive money.
Question 4: How much should I charge for the website?
To be honest, this depends on various factors.
For example, it depends on how long the business wants the website, from one day because as you can see here, when you create the Hostinger account, you have the option of one month, 12 months, 24 months, or 48 months.
The longer the business wants the website, the more you can charge.
Another factor affecting the price is how complicated they want the website to be in terms of how many pages, images, or customizations they want.
It’s difficult for me to give you an exact price, but as long as you’re charging a minimum of $250-$300, you’ll definitely be able to make a profit because when it comes to the Hostinger plan, it won’t be more than around $150, if I’m correct.
Plus, if you use this discount code, “Success With Sam,” you’ll be able to save a little money on the package, which will allow you to keep more profit in your pocket.
As you can see, the maximum price you’ll pay for the package for the highest number of months is only $155 at the time of me writing this article.
So, if you charge $250, you’ll be able to make a $100 profit. If you charge $500, you’ll make even more profit.
It all depends on the business you’re working with and your comfortability with how much you want to charge.
Question 5: How do I transfer ownership of the website to the business once they’re ready to pay?
Once the business you’re working with is happy with the website, and they’re ready to send you the money, how exactly do you transfer the ownership over to them?
When it comes to making the website live after you’ve made all the necessary changes, of course, you want to make sure you receive the money from the business, whether it’s into your PayPal account, bank account, or however you plan on doing it.
To transfer ownership, go to the homepage in your Hostinger account, then come over to this icon where it says “Account,” and make sure you click on “Account Information.”
It’s a simple process of just updating the email address. Once you switch the email address from your one to their one, that’s when they’ll be able to get access to it.
Another thing you need to make sure you do during the transfer of ownership stage is to remove your card details.
If you used your card when creating the hosting account, you’ll need to come over to “Billing” and ensure your card details aren’t stored here because what’s going to happen if your card details are still there is that when the account renews, you’ll end up getting charged.
So, just make sure you bear this in mind as well – remove your card details, and from that point, once you’ve received the money, that’s when you can make the website go live.
In this article, I just wanted to focus on the commonly asked questions I get, and of course, there’s a lot more that goes into this entire process, and I just wanted to keep it simple.
